Optional Life and Accident & Health Insurance

We have Life and/or Accident & Health Insurance available on most loan products. This coverage can provide protection against death, illness and accidents. The insurance may also help protect your credit rating. A brief overview of the coverage follows:

• Available to those under the age of 66.
• Maximum term is 120 months
• Maximum amount is $55,000
• Maximum monthly payment is $800
• The premium is conveniently added into your monthly loan payment.

Certain eligibility requirements apply:

You are excluded from this insurance coverage if you answer yes to any of the following questions:

• Have you in the past 12 months been diagnosed by or received medical treatment from a member of the medical profession for heart trouble, diabetes, cancer, stroke, acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) or AIDS related complex (ARC)?

• Have you within the past 12 months been disabled for more than thirty consecutive days?
