Plus, where commercial real estate is involved (as applicable):
- Purchase contract;
- Real property survey;
- Estimate of construction or renovation costs;
- Plans and specifications;
- Listing of tenants and lease information. Complete the Rent Roll form (requires MS Excel);
- Annual income and expenses of property - Three years historical, one year projected. Complete the Annual Income and Expense Statement form (requires MS Excel);
- Amortization Schedule - to help you determine your monthly mortgage payment. Enter loan amount, interest rate and amortization in years using the Loan Payment Amortization calculator (requires MS Excel).
