Publicizing your Gift

Many of the charitable organizations we contribute to have called on us for our support in publicizing their gift, organization or event. If you are interested in generating publicity, we have a number of materials to help, including:

• A press release template- simply fill in the details about the contribution or grant
• A photo opportunity template-again, just fill in the details
• Our logo for advertisements, banners, websites, press releases, brochures and more

How to use the press release or photo opportunity template

1. Bolded text in parenthesis indicates what information is needed from you, including information about your organization, the dollar amount your organization received from First Niagara and how the money will be used. Please fill in this information.

2. Once you fill in your information, please send your completed document to the contact listed below for approval:

3. First Niagara will quickly review the documents, fill in any additional information and get them back to you.
